MetroSys is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite technical support at a manufacturing client facility in Dublin, Georgia.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver with experience supporting Windows environments, manufacturing floor systems, and user hardware in a fast-paced production setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support for end users, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
Support manufacturing systems and equipment , ensuring minimal downtime for production-critical devices.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows PCs, printers, scanners, and mobile devices .
Manage support tickets, track resolutions, and maintain documentation using the client’s ticketing system.
