Key Responsibilities
Request & Ticket Management
+ Manage complex MAC (Move, Add, Change) requests in a high-demand environment.
+ Utilize request management/ticketing systems to track and resolve requests efficiently.
+ Consistently meet or exceed performance targets while adhering to tight deadlines
Technology Setup & Coordination
+ Coordinate with vendors for site surveys, ordering, and implementation of telecommunications and office technology.
+ Order, configure, and deploy technology in preparation for Return-to-Office (RTO) Day 1 readiness.
