You’ll have 2 years of experience in providing dedicated IT support, particularly end‑user support, the team shall demonstrate strong technical proficiency across Windows, Linux, and macOS, coupled with knowledge of information security principles. Ability to learn to support specialized scientific applications is a plus. Collectively, the team shall possess advanced troubleshooting skills across multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux (Ubuntu, Redhat), strong knowledge of networking concepts, and experience in handling complex technical escalations.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate would be advantageous.
Personnel must demonstrate professional communication competency (written and spoken English), customer service, and problem-solving skills.
