Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, operating systems, and workplace technology issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests while meeting established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction standards.
- Perform laptop and desktop deployment, imaging, re-imaging, hardware refreshes, and device configuration activities.
- Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, printers, mobile devices, and standard enterprise applications.
