We are looking for a Desktop Support Administrator who will:
Install, configure and troubleshoot desktop systems
Maintain passwords, data integrity and file system security
Proactively identify process gaps and recommend solutions
Track and manage hardware and software inventory
Provide provisioning and support for printers and mobile devices
Collaboratively resolve client requests and technical issues with team members, partners and vendors
Document all trouble tickets with clear, concise explanations in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring adherence to department policies and procedures
Escalate to supervisor any situation outside the employee's control that could adversely impact the services being provided
Determine the scope of the trouble ticket and the responsible department
