Deploy scanners/printers/desktops as part of project requirements
Responsible for the installation of computer hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboard, printers, scanners and other client devices on user's premises
Investigate and research solutions for PC hardware and software problems
Participate on Desk Side projects
Adhere to attendance guidelines of the job and to departmental and company policies
Any other tasks or works as and when requested & assigned by the Company
Key Qualifications/Requirements:
Able to work in 24 X 7 shift rotation
Experience in troubleshooting and managing Win10/11, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Active Directory, basic networking, POS, scanner, printer, and other attached peripherals.
Ability to perform PC hardware and software trouble‑shouting with experience in the use of diagnostic programs and tools
