            Roles & Responsibilities  MNC 
12 months contract, subject to renewal 
Location: Central (LengKee, nearest MRT: Queenstown) AND Senoko 
Salary: up to $3200 + OT + completion bonus 
 Essential Responsibilities  Respond to and resolve help desk requests from end-users regarding hardware, software, and network issues. 
Troubleshoot and diagnose desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral device problems. 
Provide technical assistance for operating systems, applications, and other software tools. 
 Hardware and Software Installation  Install, configure, and upgrade desktop hardware components such as hard drives, memory, and graphics cards. 
Install and configure operating systems, software applications, and updates.
