Job Title: Deskside / VIP SupportEngineer (L2)

Roles & Responsibilities - Provide on-site, walk-up, and white‑glove IT support for C-level executives, traders, and other VIP stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues on desktops, laptops (Dell, HP, Apple), and peripherals (printers, docking stations, monitors)
- Provide software support for Microsoft 365 applications, corporate applications, and proprietary trading platforms
- Perform hands‑on hardware fixes, including component replacement (RAM, SSD, keyboards, screens)
- Set up and configure workstations for new joiners and executive moves
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and manage loaner device pool for VIPs
