We are seeking an experienced Deskside Team Lead to oversee onsite end-user support operations and lead a team responsible for delivering high‑quality IT support services within a corporate environment.
This role will be responsible for managing daily ServiceDesk and deskside activities, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests, coordinating technical support resources, and maintaining service excellence across workplace technologies. The successful candidate will serve as the key point of contact for operational escalations while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
