Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a Commodity Options Desk from the ground up.
• Collaborate with the Equity Options business to utilize existing systems and processes for the Commodity Options business.
• Drive the desk to generate $10-$30M in PnL/year
• Recruit and develop a team of traders to scale the desk’s operations.
