Create product concepts, colourways and product details from concept to launch 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product development and delivery 
Stay current on trends, materials and construction techniques to enhance product quality 
Apply technical knowledge of design and construction to drive design decisions and optimize product performance 
Evaluate seasonal collection performance and consumer insights to inform future collections 
Manage design timelines and conduct market research to identify new opportunities 
Support other creative and design-related projects as needed
