Creates and maintains design documentation to support the engineering lifecycle. 
Collaborates with engineering teams to refine and improve design concepts. 
Applies relevant design principles and tools to contribute to project goals. 
Manages design resources and workflows to meet project timelines and quality expectations. 
Able to lead the design team and give recomendations on projects to management 
 Requirements  Strong profeciency in AutoCad 
Previous experience as an engineer/designer in the construction firm 
Knowledge in building codes/structural design is welcome
