The role involves facilitating a challenging, project-based curriculum that deepens spatial reasoning, material properties mastery, and computer-aided design and manufacture (CAD/CAM) proficiency, preparing pupils thoroughly for terminal public examinations and future engineering, design, and technical pathways.
