Serve as a Concept Visualizer for projects related to Web Design, Social Media Campaigns, and Corporate Branding.
Oversee the day-to-day management of the design team, including task delegation and motivating team members to meet project deadlines and achieve creative outcomes.
Train team members in design SOPs and best practices, including UI/UX principles, white space utilization, and other design concepts.
Work closely with clients, as well as internal Sales and Marketing teams.
Ensure the quality and consistency of designs.
Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design with 35 years of relevant work experience and a strong design portfolio.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, and multimedia design.
