Responsibility and accountability for design and technical detailing across all design stages through IFC delivery within allocated timeline as per contract.
Working knowledge of Revit, BIM360, Sketchup, Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign.
Must carry out design and constructability assessment, technical and QAQC reviews.
Must deal with local authorities having jurisdiction over regulatory compliance aspects.
Prepare and review design reports and update project specifications as necessary.
Identify multi‑disciplinary scope gaps and inform the project director / commercial team.
Assist the Project Director in preparing and finalizing the Design Management Plan and Project Execution Plan.
Prepare / Assist in preparing internal monthly progress reports.
Arrange and lead internal coordination meetings.
Assist in managing internal resources based on project budget.
