DESCRIPTION
Our Development Services client is looking to hire a local Senior Design Manager to oversee large-scale projects. The Senior Design Manager will lead design, strategy, planning and cost to deliver luxury, living-facility projects. This position is great for applicants with experience in, but not limited to: Architect Interns, Job Captains, Project Managers and more.
DUTIES

+ Lead formal conversations and decision-making for development services.

+ Conceptualize and develop spaces, floor plans, amenity designs and renovations.

+ Work with external architects, designers, and consultants to align standards, expectations and deadlines.
