Job Summary
The Pre‑Sales Design Engineer provides consultative technical support, solution design, and configuration validation for desktop, laptop, workstation, thin client, and print solutions. The role partners closely with sales teams and reseller partners to translate customer requirements into accurate, optimized, and fully validated configurations.
This position plays a critical role in accelerating sales cycles by delivering high‑quality recommendations, creating bill of materials (BOMs), and ensuring all proposed solutions meet compatibility and performance expectations.
