The Design Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the coordination and integration of multi-disciplinary design inputs to ensure that the project is delivered in accordance with client requirements, design standards and program timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between different design disciplines (Civil, structural, MEP, landscape etc.) to ensure integrated design delivery.
• Support the Design Manager in managing the design process from concept to IFC stages.
• Track design submissions and review processes to ensure compliance with design programs and deliverable requirements.
• Assist in managing comments from clients, authorities and other stakeholders ensuring they are logged, addressed and closed in a timely manner.
• Organize and document design coordination meetings, workshops and technical reviews.
