Senior Design & Development Engineer
Based in Dorset
The Role:
Reporting directly to the Engineering Director, you will lead bespoke design and development projects from concept through to completion. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating custom engineered products, taking ownership of the entire project lifecycle, you will work closely with customers and internal teams, developing innovative and commercially viable design solutions that meet both technical and business requirements.
