Role Summary: The Sr. Supervisor provides holistic leadership and direct management for a team of up to 15 analysts in the GS Commercial Services Order Management team, delivering exceptional frontline customer service. Responsibilities include managing day‑to‑day operations, ensuring safety, quality, compliance, budget, coaching and development, overseeing customer interactions, handling escalations, monitoring KPI achievement, and implementing process improvements.
Upon completion of the planned separation of the Orthopaedics business, the employee will transition to DePuy Synthes and be governed by its employment processes.
