            The Job  Project Management & Transformation  Lead end-to-end project execution, from feasibility studies to implementation. 
Develop engineering and process solutions for existing and new operations to improve safety, efficiency, and cost. 
Understand user requirements and operational challenges, proposing practical and innovative solutions. 
Manage Proof of Concept (POC) projects, tracking progress and ensuring final implementation 
 Technology & Process Optimization  Conduct research on new technologies and operational methods to enhance productivity and safety. 
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process flows, and training materials for implementation. 
Evaluate and optimize cargo handling operations, including cranes, lifting plans, risk assessments (RA), and process sequencing.
