Overview


The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) shall assist the Program Manager in the overall management, coordination, and execution of contract operations and shall serve as the acting Program Manager in the PM's absence. The DPM shall support the planning, organization, and oversight of day-to-day contract activities to ensure successful execution of all mission requirements and contractual obligations.


Responsibilities


+ The DPM shall coordinate daily operational activities, workforce management, staffing actions, scheduling, personnel accountability, quality assurance, contract reporting, and performance monitoring.

+ The DPM shall work closely with Government stakeholders, technical leads, subcontractors, and contractor personnel to ensure mission requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
