About the Role
As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the service, leading and developing the team while maintaining high standards of care.

Provide leadership and guidance to staff
Conduct supervisions and appraisals
Support HR processes and performance management
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, MCA, and DoLS
Promote person-centred care
