Roles & Responsibilities

  • Review the current inventory management system and the various process flows such as production, dispatch, and wastage. Provide suggestions for improvement of the inventory management system and coordinate with Bizz Trax support for any short‑comings, issues, or change requests pertaining to the business cycle and reporting.
  • Lead BT and other modules implementation, preparation, and finalisation of quarterly/annual accounts, capex planning, and follow‑up on execution.
  • Report variances; plan for systemised budgeting; prepare supporting schedules for accounts closing and coordinate with auditors.
  • Highlight internal control weaknesses in current process flows.
  • Review payments, receipts, JVs, invoices, sale orders in system and approve/post in accounts accordingly.
