Your Role And Responsibilities As Deputy Manager

• This role is ideally suited to someone with two years of experience in children's residential care who is ready to enhance their leadership skills within a progressive and collaborative environment.
• Your role as a Deputy Manager will be to support the Registered Manager by organising and leading a team of Residential Child Care Workers, planning shifts, and working as part of the rota.
