An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Home Manager to join a highly respected not-for-profit provider specialising in elderly, dementia and end-of-life care.

Working alongside the Home Manager, the Deputy Home Manager will provide clinical leadership across the service, support nursing teams and help maintain outstanding standards of care.

The Role
Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing and care teams
Lead on clinical governance and CQC compliance
Coach and develop Registered Nurses
Deliver hands-on clinical support when required
Promote best practice in dementia and elderly care
Deputise for the Home Manager when neededAbout You
Active NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
Senior nursing experience within a care home environment
Strong understanding of CQC standards and clinical governance
