We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy, drive market share growth, and strengthen our presence in the ophthalmic segment. This role will manage Product Managers and deliver high-impact campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute annual marketing plans & budgets aligned with revenue goals
Drive brand growth, prescription demand, and doctor advocacy (Provis)
Lead end-to-end campaign execution and track ROI, revenue growth, and prescription trends
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and retail audit tracking
Own brand strategy, positioning, and communication for doctors
Manage new product launches (business case to post-launch tracking)
Collaborate closely with Sales, KOLs, and cross-functional teams
Ensure timely rollout of campaigns, events, CMEs, and product launches
Monitor marketing spend vs. budget and deliver strong ROI
