Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Operations Support Assist the General Manager in formulating the mid-to-long-term development strategy for the Latin America subsidiary. Participate in business planning and goal breakdown, and take ownership of operational results in assigned areas. 2. ERP Implementation & Process Optimization Lead or support the implementation and optimization of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Yonyou, Kingdee). Drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making through ERP-enabled process improvements. 3. Market Development Support Support the expansion into local enterprises and Chinese companies going global. Assist the sales team in achieving revenue targets. 4. Team Building Help build and develop a local team, strengthen talent pipelines, and enhance local operational capabilities. 5.
