Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Operations Support

Assist the General Manager in formulating the mid-to-long-term development strategy for the Latin America subsidiary. Participate in business planning and goal breakdown, and take ownership of operational results in assigned areas.

2. ERP Implementation & Process Optimization

Lead or support the implementation and optimization of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Yonyou, Kingdee). Drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making through ERP-enabled process improvements.

3. Market Development Support

Support the expansion into local enterprises and Chinese companies going global. Assist the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
