JOB DESCRIPTION Plan and execute short- and long-term activities to achieve Company objectives. Develop and maintain relationship with clients and stakeholders. Developing goals for the team and business growth and ensuring they are met. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting maintaining short- and long-term business development plans. Assisting in due diligence reviews for prospective new property acquisition(s). Liaise with Beijing HQ effectively, take charge of processing of incoming correspondences, distribution, follow-up, and response.
