Deputy Director: Centre for Social Development

The Centre for Social Development invites suitably qualified candidates to join their team.

Main Objectives

• Support and work closely with the Director to lead and manage the CSD.
• Align Community Development strategically with the overall strategy of the CSD.
• Integrate the community development function academically with the institution, the Faculty of Education, and the CSD.

Qualifications

• Honours Degree relevant to Education, Social or Community Development (Master’s an advantage).
• At least 3 years of relevant field experience in early childhood development, community development work, or similar.
• Management experience of staff and programmes with a strong track record of delivery.
