Assistant Manager Commercial

Educational Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering

Experience Required: 10 to 15 years

Experience Field:

• Preferably in high‑rise commercial building projects (30 floors)
• Experience on the contracting side is mandatory

Commercial & Contract Management

• Manage all commercial aspects of the project including cost control, contract administration, and financial reporting
• Review contract conditions, identify risks and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Administer subcontract agreements, variations and claims

Cost Control & Reporting

• Prepare and monitor project budgets and cash flow
• Track project costs versus budget and provide variance analysis
• Prepare monthly cost reports and forecasts
