Manage the regional depot, overseeing daily operations to support the cylinder market.
Ensure all distribution and filling activities are carried out safely and efficiently for LPG cylinders.
Train staff to ensure all procedures follow company standards, delivering quality service to both internal and external customers.
Track and report productivity and efficiency.
Identify opportunities for improvement, creating cost‑effective solutions and addressing problems quickly.
Lead the distribution team to achieve company goals, set individual objectives and performance expectations, and conduct formal development assessments.
Qualifications
More than two years of experience in the Gas Industry or a related industry with logistics/distribution experience at a supervisory level.
