Description
The PC Deployment Technician is responsible for preparing, configuring, and deploying Dell laptops and desktops across the organization. This role uses Microsoft Intune for device provisioning and management, while also supporting traditional on‑premises technologies such as Active Directory and Group Policy. The technician ensures all devices are properly configured, secured, and accurately tracked through the asset management lifecycle. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, image, and deploy Dell laptops and desktops using Microsoft Intune and related tools
Enroll and manage devices within Intune, ensuring compliance with organizational standards
Join devices to Active Directory and apply appropriate Group Policy Objects (GPOs) based on user or department requirements
