The Department Supervisor of Patient Transport manages the daily operations of the Patient Transport teams at Mary Washington and Stafford Hospitals, overseeing staff, workflows, and patient movement. This role ensures safe, timely, and efficient transport services while promoting Associate development, service quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Supervises daily activities of department Associates to ensure timely, safe, and efficient patient transport operations.

Implements and monitors departmental workflows and policies, to enhance efficiency and patient experience.
