About the Role

Manages the department's overall operations to include budget development, clinical operations, patient access, employee management and productivity. Assists in the development of department strategic initiatives aligned with the Institute and enterprise.

Responsibilitie

• sDirects and manages projects as assigned by leadership
• .Manages day to day operational support to Institutes & Departments
• .Manages the institute/department operational and overall business activities
• .Supports the application of CCAD operating procedures and communicates with management to ensure understanding and compliance with policies/procedures
• .Manages the selection and placement of new employees, performance evaluations and corrective actions
• .Interprets and communicates policies/procedures and communicates relevant changes
• .Manages departmental operating budgets and monitors cost variances
