CARESTLHEALTH is seeking a Full-time Dentist. The Dentist may be reassigned duties and responsibilities at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other staffing reasons. Other duties may be assigned.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. After a thorough evaluation of health history, x-rays, and oral examination/cancer screen/periodontal evaluation discuss with the patients the findings of the dental examination and the treatment that can be taken care of in our health center
2. Create a treatment plan and complete treatment in a timely manner; referring out any services the health center can't render
3. Render treatment to our pediatric and pregnant population in the window of insurance coverage
4. Give chronic disease patients referrals to PCP for medical clearance for treatment; record and track
