Snapscale is looking for a skilled and experienced Dental Virtual Assistant – US Private Clinic Experience Required who can work onsite to support US-based dental practice. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, experience in dental administration, and the ability to provide excellent patient support while managing key front‑office and insurance-related functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct insurance verification and benefits eligibility checks
• Answer inbound calls and assist patients with inquiries
• Follow up on appointment confirmations and reminders
• Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments
• Maintain and update patient records in the EMR system
• Ensure accurate documentation and efficient patient coordination
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and clinic staff
