Perform a physical assessment on each patient, paying special attention to the teeth.
Assist the physician in the performance of skin exams, monitor and record a patient's medical history, and be aware of relevant test results.
Assist the dentist with outpatient and surgical dental procedures.
Prepare fillings, other materials and sterilize the instruments.
Provide pre‑ and post‑operative care for clients undergoing treatment for a variety of dental & gum diseases.
Assist with procedures using specialized medical equipment, including cosmetic dental procedures.
Educate each patient on oral hygiene.
Qualifications
Completion of a formal program of professional nursing education recognized by DOHMS Dubai and current licensure as a professional registered nurse in the country of origin. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
