Tasks & Challenges

• Coordinating and ensuring a smooth breakfast, lunch and evening service in our restaurant and tea lounge in compliance with the specified standards
• Preparing the daily mise-en-place
• Professional care of our guests at the highest level as well as personal, guest-oriented advice
• Preparation of non-alcoholic cold and hot drinks
• Responsible for orders and cleanliness in the back office

Qualifications & Competences

• Experience from a comparable position in the luxury hotel industry
• Good communication skills to explain the Chenot-Methode®
• Very good spoken & written English, any other foreign language as an advantage
• Willingness to work early and late shifts as well as split-shifts
• Positive charisma & host qualities: Service at the highest level is your passion
