Dementia and Delirium Clinical Nurse Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right person to undertake the role of Dementia and Delirium CNS within the safeguarding adults team, This is one of three such roles responsible for providing expert advice, care and support to staff patients with dementia and their carers. The post holder will also work within the Guy’s Memory Service with patients who have newly been diagnosed with dementia. The successful candidate will work closely with the Dementia and Delirium (DaD) team which is a multi-disciplinary team in the care of people with dementia and or delirium. The Dementia and Delirium Clinical Nurse Specialists work as part of the wider Trust safeguarding adults team, helping to ensure safer care for our most vulnerable patients.
