Operations & Delivery Order Support
Manage and monitor Delivery Order processes for import shipmentsReview and process shipping documentation (B/L, LOI, authorizations, etc.)Communicate with customers, partners, and shipping lines to resolve discrepanciesCoordinate with Documentation, Invoicing, and Operations departmentsMonitor shipment arrivals and delivery progressSupport the handling of extra charges and container return proceduresFront Office & Administrative Support
