Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve lower‑complexity operational issues.
- Collaborate daily with peers and supervisors; update supervisors on progress.
- Manage customer queries, escalations, and complaints through the Customer Support vertical.
- Resolve complaints and close faults within the agreed SLA.
- Assist in transforming customer support into a value‑generating, strategic service.
- Operate within rotational shifts as required.
Required Skills and Experience
- Primary skill: Digital Marketing – P4 level.
- Secondary skill: Business Communications – P3 level.
- Next‑Generation Customer Operations – Digital Marketing P4.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- English – B2 level; Tagalog – C2 level.
