About The Role

We are seeking an energetic, dynamic, and forward‑thinking Delivery Manager who can help transform our public sector clients. The role requires a strong understanding of agile practices and the ability to apply them to client projects across a range of digital maturity levels.

What You’ll Do Within Our Teams

• Lead delivery across the entire lifecycle, managing large‑scale projects with multiple workstreams from discovery onward.
• Collaborate with clients, third‑party services, and BetterGov consultants to remove blockers and empower teams to decide on best practice.
• Create and run reporting metrics and health checks, providing weekly and monthly dashboards for stakeholders, including directors, that track budget, outcomes, risks, and blockers.
