            Lead end-to-end delivery management across a portfolio of projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-scope execution. 
Define and finalize project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with business units and stakeholders. 
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution. 
Optimize team and resource utilization while maintaining delivery quality, scope alignment, and target deadlines. 
Drive project governance, status reporting, stakeholder communication, and executive updates throughout the project lifecycle. 
Remove delivery blockers, facilitate sprint retrospectives/post-mortems, and promote continuous improvement practices. 
Review and align technical solutions, architecture, and system designs with enterprise architecture standards and business requirements.
