• You have strong experience of Agile delivery management, involving high level planning, forecasting, resource allocation, workflow management, and managing priorities to timescales and/or milestones.
• You have strong stakeholder and customer management skills in order to facilitate regular updates, provide operational & status reporting, and expectation management.
• You are comfortable with owning responsibility for your team’s Agile Ways of Working & team processes, and have experience of running multidisciplinary teams.
