We're looking for a Delivery Lead to join our Transformation Change leadership Team and play a key role in delivering high-impact transformation across our Specialty business, working at the heart of strategy, technology and change.

You'll lead multiple interlinked initiatives, bringing clarity, pace and structure to complex change. Working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you'll ensure delivery stays aligned to strategic priorities while creating an environment where teams can perform at their best.

Part of this role may involve direct line manage a team of change professionals in order to get the change delivery completed.
