Job Description Delivery Helper assists in the delivery of goods, ensures proper handling of items, and supports drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading goods
- Ensure items are handled properly to avoid damage
- Deliver items to customers locations as assigned
- Obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery
- Keep delivery records and report issues to the driver or supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the delivery vehicle
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies
Qualifications:
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
- Punctual, responsible, and reliable
- Basic knowledge of delivery routes
- Good teamwork and communication skills
