Deli Manager – Supermarket – Dublin
Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting a Deli Manager for our client’s busy supermarket in South Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fresh food retail professional to join a well-established business, take ownership of a high-performing deli department, and lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional standards in food quality and customer service.

Salary: €40k – €42k plus bonus

Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the deli department, ensuring high standards in food quality, presentation, and customer service

Lead, train, and motivate the deli team to deliver excellent service and maintain a productive working environment

Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage waste effectively to maximise profitability and minimise shrink
