To ensure that dealership construction and image implementation projects are completed on time, according to approved brand standards, and with the necessary facility conditions to support dealer operation, customer experience, and network expansion objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Construction Project Follow-Up

Monitor the construction progress of new dealerships and remodeling projects.

Follow up on project milestones, including construction start, showroom completion, workshop completion, façade installation, signage, furniture, equipment, and full facility readiness.

Ensure projects are executed according to approved construction plans, layouts, specifications, and agreed timelines.

Identify delays or deviations from the approved construction schedule.

Follow up with dealers and contractors to define recovery plans when construction milestones are at risk.
